1. About Wahshopp
Wahshopp (wahshopp.com) is an online marketplace operated by Amitabh Tripathy, India, that lets independent sellers list and sell products to buyers. Wahshopp is an intermediary: the contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller.
2. Payments
Buyers pay the seller directly to the seller’s own UPI ID or QR code. Wahshopp does not collect, hold or refund buyer payments. After paying, the buyer submits the UPI transaction ID (UTR); the order is processed once the seller confirms receipt.
3. Orders, delivery and refunds
Each order contains products from a single seller. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of listings, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties and taxes.
4. Prohibited items
Illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, adult, or restricted items (including drugs, weapons, and items requiring a licence the seller does not hold) may not be listed.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wahshopp is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers but will help resolve complaints through its grievance process.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at [City], [State] have jurisdiction.
