Fees
- Shop subscription: ₹499 per month per shop.
- Commission: 2% of the seller’s confirmed sales in the previous calendar month.
- A bill is generated at the start of each month and is due within 7 days. Pay by UPI to 7978709993@ptsbi (Wahshopp) and submit the UTR in your dashboard.
- If a bill is unpaid 7 days after the due date, the shop is automatically paused (products hidden) until Wahshopp marks the bill paid.
Payments from buyers
Buyers pay you directly to the UPI ID/QR you provide. You must provide a valid UPI ID and QR code before publishing products, and confirm each payment promptly and honestly in your dashboard.
Your responsibilities
- Accurate listings, prices (inclusive of taxes) and stock.
- Packing and delivery of orders within the time stated.
- Returns and refunds to buyers, paid back by you directly.
- Compliance with GST, Legal Metrology, consumer protection and all other applicable laws; issuing invoices.
- Providing your correct name, address and contact details, which are shown on your product pages.
Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time. Fees already billed remain payable.
